In-Kind (Non-Monetary) Donations
In-kind donations are a great way to support victims of domestic violence.

Here are some donations we can always use:
- Gift cards ($25/$50 increments) - Grocery stores, Aldi, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Uber/Lyft
- Toiletries & Hygiene Products (full-sized, please!) - For all types of hair textures and skin needs.
- New Bedding - twin comforters, sheets, pillows
- New Basic (no designs) Sweatsuits, Tshirts & Shorts - Adult XS to 4XL
One-Time Needs:
- Multi-Cup Keurig Coffee Machine (New)
- 1-2 Infant Car Seats & 1-2 Toddler Car Seats: These must be new due to liability restrictions.
- 2-4 Office Arm Chairs - These will be used by clients for case management meetings, intake and counseling sessions, etc.
- 2 Kid-Sized Tables and Chairs (Wipe-able)
- 2-3 Adjustable Stand-Up Fans
Project-Based Volunteer Needs
- Occasional Truck Assistance - On occasion we have great donations to pick up, but no vehicle large enough to transport. If interested, we can put you on our list to call when needed to see if you are available to schedule a pick-up or drop off.
- Trash Can Corral - We're looking for someone (or a community service, boy or girl scout troop, etc) to donate and build a corral for trash cans (approximately 6 cans) at our Main Office.
- Painting & Wall Paper Removal - We have 2 very small bathrooms in our Main Office that need wallpaper removal and painting. We have the tools and the paint!
- Furniture Breakdown, Removal & Haul-Away- We have a large conference room table on our second floor that needs to be broken down to be removed, and taken outside or hauled away.
- 50th Anniversary Office-Based Support: We'll be celebrating DAP's 50th year of service starting July 1, 2026! We're looking for people to join a small committee to help with ideas, planning and tasks! For example, right now we have quite a few binders of newspaper clippings dating back to 1978 that need to be reviewed and scanned so that we can share them in various ways and store digitally for safe-keeping and future use!
