Safe House
Our Safe House program provides short-term emergency shelter to adults and their dependent children at imminent risk of abuse.
Our Services
Safe, secure emergency shelter
Our Safe House is located in a safe and undisclosed location. We keep this location unidentified to maintain strict confidentiality and protect the safety of both our residents and staff.
If you fear you are in immediate danger, you can access the Safe House through our 24/7 crisis hotline at 610-565-4590. A caring and trauma-informed advocate will conduct a screening to determine whether or not you are at-risk and displaced due to a domestic violence situation that puts you in imminent danger.
The Safe House shelter houses up to 11 families. Each family or single adult is provided a private room. There are also ADA accommodations for individuals with specific requirements.
During the pandemic, we modified our program for the health and safety of our residents and staff. To adhere to the social distancing requirement, we upgraded client rooms to include refrigerators, microwaves, and TVs.
