Domestic Abuse Counseling Services
We offer a variety of counseling options to support you in your journey to empowerment and independence.
Our Services
We offer a variety of strengths-based confidential counseling services for survivors of domestic violence. Counseling services empower you to increase your health and wellness as you process your experiences. Services range from crisis appointments to short-term counseling, as well as other more specific services to meet different needs.
Crisis appointments can be scheduled or walk-ins at the office. At these appointments, a counselor or advocate will provide support through safety planning, domestic violence education, and connection to community resources.
Short-Term Counseling typically focuses on goals that revolve around long-term healing and ranges anywhere from 6-12 sessions. Sessions take place weekly for about 50 minutes and may include psychoeducation, safety planning, crisis support, emotion regulation, making meaning of trauma, and processing associated emotions. Counseling services can be accessed through contacting the hotline where a counselor will be able to describe services further and get you connected.
